The bed in my Queen Room felt massive and comfortable. The cleanliness impressed me, especially compared to expectations from budget hotels. The shower and bath combo had hot water instantly, great after a long day's travel. Wi-Fi was usable, surprisingly accessing a decent connection. I appreciated that the hairdryer actually worked. I'd encountered too many non-functional ones in fancier places. On the downside, entry to the hotel and navigating to the front desk was confusing. The bathroom felt cramped, and the bed height might pose a challenge for shorter folks. Breakfast options available fell short of expectations. It would be nice to have more choices. All in all, it offered good value for a one-night stay.

The staff and people generally were very friendly. My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. The bathroom had bathtubs, which was great.

Had a nice night at Americas Best! The king suite was clean, comfy beds. The breakfast was made fresh and tasty. A bit noisy from trains outside, but overall, great value for the price.

First, there was no Wi-Fi available despite being advertised, and the breakfast vouchers were pretty pointless as they didn't even include coffee. To top it off, the front desk staff was utterly clueless, unable to provide basic assistance, which left me feeling completely disregarded .
